Welcome to my website. It’s not much but serves as a placeholder in cyberspace. 

I hope you come back and visit as I take this journey from writer to author. You see, like you, I’m many things. But in the deepest part of me—the me that is the child, the mother, the grandmother—lies the heart of a writer.

I believe we are given gifts and the desire to use and enjoy them, so that we may impact the world around us.  I hope that this love of writing is a call to share my faith in a way that is entertaining, and at times edifying to readers.

The scripture verse I use as my header above compares light and dark. My stories deal with the darkness of human nature. No one is above that—no writer, no reader, no sinner, no saint. But even in the darkest of places, and the darkest of moments, the smallest sliver of light breaks through. 

Darkness can’t and never will extinguish the light.
